Appointment Setter (Hybrid, Sydney)

About the role

Online Road is looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our Sydney team. Working in a hybrid arrangement, you will engage prospective and existing clients by phone, email and other channels to qualify leads and schedule sales meetings for our business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects and existing clients to assess needs and set qualified appointments.
• Maintain and update the appointment calendar, confirming, rescheduling and cancelling meetings as required.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Follow structured call scripts while adapting to customer responses.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and share conversation feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation or telesales.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a professional phone manner.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• Attention to detail, organisational ability and reliability in following processes.
