Appointment Setter - B2B Commercial Cleaning

About the role

An established national commercial cleaning organisation is looking for a confident, personable Appointment Setter to join its Norwest team. You will speak with prospective business customers, find out about their cleaning needs and book appointments for the Sales Executives. The role is onsite in Norwest, Monday to Friday, with full training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective business customers to introduce commercial cleaning services
• Ask questions to understand their needs and qualify opportunities
• Handle initial questions and objections
• Book appointments for the Sales Executives
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records
• Research businesses and coordinate appointments by location
• Work towards agreed activity and appointment targets

Required profile

• Background in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation or a customer-facing sales role
• Comfortable picking up the phone and keeping a conversation going
• Clear communication and good listening skills
• Confidence initiating conversations with business customers
• Persistence and the ability to handle rejection professionally
• Reliable approach to daily activity and follow-ups
• Willingness to learn, take feedback and work towards targets

Required skills

• Outbound calling (highly regarded)
• CRM systems
