About the role
Join Marsh's Application Management Services team in Sydney, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for critical business applications. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for a portfolio of applications, diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
- Lead support activities, allocate workload, mentor team members and maintain documentation.
- Participate in local and global IT projects, system enhancements, user access and change management.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, audit requirements and best‑practice support processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- 5+ years of application support experience and 1–2 years of team leadership.
- Experience with project, user access and change management.
Required skills
- Oracle database.
- MongoDB database.
- Microsoft Office, advanced Power Query.
