Appliance Technician

About the role

We are seeking an Appliance Technician to join our team at a remote workforce accommodation site in Coppabella. The role involves repairing and maintaining commercial appliances on a FIFO/DIDO roster, ensuring reliable operation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform fault‑finding, diagnostics and repairs on a range of commercial appliances.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Adhere to safety procedures and site regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with the on‑site team to manage workload and priorities.

Required profile

• Current Electrical Licence (essential).
• Proven experience in commercial appliance repair and maintenance.
• Previous FIFO/DIDO or remote site experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑player with a proactive, safety‑first mindset.

• Refrigeration Licence (desirable).
• First Aid / CPR / LVR certification (desirable).
• Working at Heights / Confined Space certification (desirable).
