APAC General Manager – Enterprise SaaS

About the role

Omnea is seeking a commercial powerhouse to lead its APAC expansion. As the founding APAC General Manager you will own regional revenue growth, build high‑performing teams and represent the company in senior‑level customer conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute GTM strategy for APAC, driving the largest regional deals and expanding the Ideal Customer Profile.
• Represent Omnea externally at industry events, analyst briefings and customer roundtables, building trust with CFOs, COOs and procurement leaders.
• Partner with Marketing, Partnerships and RevOps to align outbound engines, forecasting, pipeline management and territory planning.
• Provide product feedback from APAC customers, champion security, compliance and data‑residency requirements.
• Recruit, coach and develop a world‑class GTM team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Required profile

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS leadership, with at least 3 years leading regional GTM or P&L functions.
• Proven track record as both an enterprise sales individual contributor and a leader of high‑performing commercial teams.
• Experience closing enterprise deals (>$100k) with multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
• Strong commercial intuition, executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Ambitious, collaborative and comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving settings.
