About the role
We are seeking an Android Software Engineer to build the native Android experience for our AI Finance Agent. You will create clean, high‑performance mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and broader financial services.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and ship Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Integrate backend REST APIs, ensure stability, security and reliability of mobile flows.
- Improve app performance, crash rates, loading states, responsiveness and memory usage.
- Use analytics and production issue data to continuously refine the product.
- Build AI‑assisted experiences only when they add genuine user value.
Required profile
- 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin.
- Strong understanding of mobile UX, usability, edge cases and user journeys.
- Fast execution, high ownership and attention to product quality.
- Ability to work remotely while being based in Australia.
