Analyst to Associate – Corporate Finance (Sydney/Perth)

About the role

BurnVoir Corporate Finance is seeking commercially‑astute individuals to join its Sydney and Perth teams as Analyst to Associate. You will work on a broad range of projects and transactions within the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors, gaining end‑to‑end exposure to deal execution.

Key responsibilities

• Apply superior financial modelling and commercial acumen to execute transactions across resources, energy and infrastructure.
• Provide full‑cycle transaction support, from origination to execution.
• Interact regularly with clients, external advisers and internal teams to drive deal progress.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.

Required profile

• Background in corporate finance, investment banking, commercial banking, credit, equity capital markets, or advisory services.
• Alternatively, experience as a financial/commercial executive with mining engineering, mining services, or energy/infrastructure exposure.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, research and numeracy abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of handling several workstreams concurrently.
