Analyst - Private Tax & Advisory

About the role

Join Deloitte Private's Private Tax & Advisory team in Perth as an Analyst. You will support senior managers, directors and partners serving Australia’s most iconic families and privately‑owned enterprises, ranging from high‑net‑worth individuals to mature trading businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for trusts, individuals, companies and partnerships.
• Prepare and review ATO correspondence, including Top 500 & Next 5000 Private Group Reviews.
• Identify and advise clients on complex, tailored tax and accounting solutions for high‑net‑worth families and family offices.
• Assist on advisory engagements such as estate planning and succession planning.
• Act as an intermediary between directors, managers and the tax team.
• Provide exceptional client service and technical support to junior staff.

Required profile

• Currently completing CA qualifications.
• Prior experience at a Big 4 or mid‑tier professional/accounting services firm.
• Solid foundation of technical skills in taxation and accounting.
• Strong collaborative attitude, dedicated work ethic and excellent communication.
• Passion for working with private clients and families.
