Amazon Christmas Promoter - Melbourne

About the role

CROSSMARK Australia is recruiting enthusiastic, customer-focused Amazon Christmas Casual Promoters to represent Amazon in-store at JB Hi-Fi in Melbourne Central, La Trobe Street, VIC. The campaign runs from 26 November 2026 through to Christmas week, with Thursday to Sunday rosters of 4-hour day shifts. Training starts 23 November 2026. The employment type is casual, temporary contract.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive product demonstrations of Kindle, Fire TV Stick and Echo smart home devices
• Create memorable customer experiences and drive product sales
• Build strong relationships with customers and the JB Hi-Fi team
• Represent the Amazon brand professionally and confidently
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge support

Required profile

• Previous retail sales, customer service or promotional experience
• Genuine interest in consumer technology
• Confident communication and strong people skills
• Energy, attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Must be able to travel to Melbourne for training from Monday 23 to Wednesday 25 November (mandatory)

Required skills

• Comfortable using technology for reporting and uploading photos
