Allied Health Practitioner - Advanced (Person Centred Care Co-ordinator)

About the role

Townsville Hospital and Health Service is recruiting an Allied Health Practitioner - Advanced (Person Centred Care Co-ordinator) for its Patient Services / Corporate Services / Townsville University Hospital work unit. The role provides expert knowledge, leadership and coordination for implementing solutions and change processes across the service, supporting the strategic priority of person-centred care, which is responsive to consumer and community needs and aligned with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standard.

Required profile

• Proof of qualification and registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association is mandatory.
• A relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field is highly desirable.
• A Class C driver's licence with the appropriate endorsement is required.
• The role may require occasional travel to and work at other facilities in the Rural Hospitals Service Group network.
