All Rounder Operator – Civil Earthworks (FIFO)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced All Rounder Operator to join our civil earthworks team on fixed‑plant projects. The role involves operating a range of heavy equipment across mining, construction, maintenance and rehabilitation sites, primarily on a FIFO 8/6 roster.

Key responsibilities

• Operate excavators, dozers, graders, loaders, tippers and watercarts safely and efficiently.
• Execute earthmoving tasks for civil projects in the mining resources sector.
• Maintain equipment in good working order and report any issues.
• Follow site safety procedures and contribute to a safety‑first culture.
• Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.

Required profile

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence (HR required).
• Minimum 2–3 years of earthworks operating experience (preferred).
• All relevant high‑risk work tickets and licences.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Team‑oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
