All-Rounder Hospitality Couples (Casual)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic couples to join our remote, adults‑only retreat at Pumphouse Point on Lake St Clair. This casual, all‑rounder position lets you work in the areas where you excel while supporting other departments as needed, ensuring an unforgettable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Guest Services – greet guests, manage reservations and bookings, and communicate guest needs across teams.
• Housekeeping – clean guest rooms and public areas, maintain storerooms, and monitor linen and cleaning supplies.
• Food & Beverage – set up and serve breakfast buffets, assist with shared‑table dinner service, prepare lunch packs, and restock bars and minibars.
• Flexibly rotate across functions to support daily operations of the property.

Required profile

• Strong guest‑service background with proven customer‑service excellence.
• Experience in food & beverage or housekeeping.
• Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent practical experience.
• Problem‑solving ability and basic mathematical skills.
• Team‑focused attitude and willingness to work across multiple areas.

Required skills

• Familiarity with booking systems such as Newbook, RoomMaster or Opera.
