Restaurant Crew Member

About the role

As a Crew Member at Guzman y Gomez you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a fast, friendly and authentic dining experience. You will work in a dynamic team environment, handling orders, preparing food and maintaining a clean service area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
• Prepare and assemble burritos, tacos and other menu items according to company standards.
• Restock fridges, supplies and dining areas throughout the shift.
• Perform basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and front‑of‑house.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
