Airport Concierge - Brisbane

About the role

SIXT Australia is looking for a full-time Concierge (38 hours per week) to join its team at Brisbane Airport. The role centres on customer satisfaction, helping customers return vehicles and assisting them with their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers returning vehicles warmly and professionally, and facilitate a smooth and efficient exit process.
• Respond promptly to customer needs, offer assistance with luggage and answer questions.
• Inspect returned vehicles for cleanliness and make sure they meet company standards before being prepared for the next rental.

Required profile

• Able to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment, meeting tight deadlines while keeping high standards of quality and compliance.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster from 6am to midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends and public holidays.
• Current provisional or full driver's licence and working rights in Australia.
