AI Thought Leader Enterprise Architect

About the role

Infosys Consulting seeks a visionary Senior AI Thought Leader Enterprise Architect to define and drive the enterprise-wide AI strategy, architecture, governance and transformation agenda. This executive-level position will shape AI adoption across the organization, delivering sustainable business value and competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion a long‑term AI vision, strategy and multi‑year capability roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.
• Design architectural blueprints, reference architectures, standards and governance frameworks for AI, ensuring interoperability with enterprise applications, cloud platforms and data ecosystems.
• Establish AI governance covering ethical, regulatory, security, privacy and compliance requirements, and lead responsible AI practices.
• Identify high‑value AI use cases, prioritize initiatives, build business cases and track measurable outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Board members and C‑suite executives, presenting AI concepts in a business‑friendly manner.

Required profile

• 15+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation or Technology Strategy.
• 10+ years delivering enterprise‑scale AI, analytics or automation initiatives.
• Proven experience advising senior leadership on AI strategy and investment.
• Experience operating in highly regulated, large‑scale enterprise environments.
