AI Researcher & Trainer – Quantitative AI Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking experienced quantitative professionals to join our platform as AI Researchers and Trainers. In this remote, freelance position you will work directly with cutting‑edge AI models, evaluating their quantitative outputs and shaping their ability to reason about data, models, and scientific problems.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated quantitative analyses for technical accuracy, statistical soundness, and real‑world relevance.
• Design and solve quantitative problems that serve as training and benchmark data for AI systems, covering forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and inference.
• Write clear technical explanations and well‑documented analytical code that can be used by the AI development team.
• Provide detailed feedback that influences the next generation of quantitative reasoning AI models.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in a quantitative role such as data science, statistics, economics, physics, biology, epidemiology, or operations research.
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing end‑to‑end analytical code.
• Strong command of English with excellent written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Statistical methods and predictive modeling.
• Experiment design, A/B testing, hypothesis testing.
• Regression, classification, and time‑series forecasting.
