AI Implementation Specialist

About the role

A rapidly expanding insurance firm in Sydney is looking for an AI Implementation Specialist on a permanent basis to help transform how the business operates. You will work across the whole business, drawing out requirements, running small projects and setting up AI agents that integrate across platforms. You will also help shift mindsets by showing teams the value of AI and supporting its adoption.

You will work in a small team with a flat structure, in a hands-on role where you may wear several hats. The position is full-time and requires 2-3 days per week in the CBD offices.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with a diverse range of teams to understand their requirements
• Run stakeholder workshops
• Create AI solutions tailored to those requirements
• Set up AI agents in a working environment
• Create technical diagrams and carry out technical testing
• Contribute to a smooth adoption of AI across the business

Required profile

• Ideally 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Tech Process Analyst or similar, with a technical background
• Relevant degree in IT
• Experience setting up AI agents in a working environment
• Experience in the financial services or insurance sector is ideal but not essential
• Background in immature or less structured environments or start-ups is ideal
• Proactive, approachable, with good communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly

Required skills

• Ability to draw solution architecture diagrams
• Experience with Snowflake or data warehousing is highly regarded
• SQL experience is ideal
