Agitator Driver – Blue Mountains

About the role

As an Agitator Driver for Heidelberg Materials you will safely deliver quality concrete to a variety of customer sites across the Blue Mountains region. The role offers variety, independence and the chance to build relationships with customers on each job.

Key responsibilities

• Make multiple concrete deliveries each day to residential, commercial and infrastructure sites.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety standards and professional appearance.
• Use company technology for route planning, load tracking and safety compliance.

Required profile

• Current Heavy Rigid (HR) licence; previous HR driving experience is highly regarded.
• Current Construction White Card or willingness to obtain one before start.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol screening.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Heavy Rigid licence operation.
• Construction White Card certification.

• Early start shifts (5‑6 am) with competitive weekly pay: $33.70 AUD per hour, overtime at time‑and‑a‑half, double time after 10 hours, plus meal allowance.
