Agile Project Manager (Hybrid, Sydney/Canberra/Perth)

About the role

Canon Business Services is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead high‑impact technology projects for a diverse portfolio of customers. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from Sydney, Canberra or Perth while collaborating closely with internal specialists, vendors and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple customer projects using Agile delivery practices.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources and quality outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery teams, technical specialists and third‑party partners.
• Prepare and present project updates, dashboards and status reports to governance forums.
• Control scope changes and commercial impacts through formal change control processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technology or software application projects.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated capability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.

Required skills

• Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Project management tools and techniques for scope, schedule and budget control.
• Risk and issue management, change control processes.
