About the role
We are looking for an Agentic Developer to design, develop and deploy AI‑powered workflow solutions that combine specialised agents, business rules and enterprise data. The role bridges AI research and production, delivering intelligent automation across complex business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy AI‑powered agentic workflow solutions that integrate multiple specialised AI agents, business rules, enterprise tools and data sources.
- Build intelligent orchestration layers to manage agent routing, state, decision‑making, tool selection and workflow execution.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI workflows, agent behaviours and decision logic that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, REST APIs, knowledge bases, databases and other internal systems for end‑to‑end automation.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs supporting asynchronous processing, streaming interactions and production‑grade AI applications.
- Design, implement and maintain reliable AI systems that are observable, resilient and production‑ready.
- Optimise prompt engineering strategies, prompt lifecycle management and LLM performance while balancing quality, latency and cost.
- Implement evaluation frameworks, monitoring, logging and observability to continuously improve solution quality and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, engineers, data teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver practical AI solutions.
Required profile
- Experience designing and building AI‑powered workflows that combine specialised agents, business rules, tools and enterprise data sources.
- Strong understanding of agent orchestration, state management, routing, tool use and workflow reliability in production environments.
- Ability to translate complex business processes and domain logic into effective agent behaviours and decision flows.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems, including REST APIs, data platforms and knowledge sources, into AI‑driven workflows.
- Strong backend engineering capability with experience building scalable, asynchronous services supporting streaming interactions.
- Experience taking AI solutions through the full delivery lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, monitoring and operational support.
- Understanding of prompt design, externalised prompt management, evaluation, observability and cost/performance trade‑offs of running LLM workloads at scale.
