Agency Sourcing Specialist – Recruiter

About the role

Talent International is seeking an energetic Agency Sourcing Specialist to join its fast‑growing recruitment team. You will partner with Account Managers to source, screen and interview top talent for a variety of corporate, government and defence clients across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50‑80 outbound calls daily to engage potential candidates.
• Utilise Bullhorn, LinkedIn, SEEK and other social media tools to attract and qualify candidates.
• Advertise job openings and manage the full candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates via phone, Zoom or face‑to‑face interviews and conduct in‑depth reference checks.
• Liaise with candidates and clients throughout the placement process.
• Arrange police and DCSI screening checks and verify Australian work rights.
• Support the sales team by providing qualified talent for client requirements.

Required profile

• Ambitious, self‑motivated individual with a passion for sales and recruitment.
• Excellent phone and communication skills; confident in building relationships.
• Strong time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• Curious mindset and genuine enjoyment of working with people.
• Customer‑service orientation; prior recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
