Advisory Solution Consultant (Pre‑Sales) – Security Operations

About the role

ServiceNow is looking for a driven Pre‑Sales Security Operations Solution Consultant to provide solution leadership and expertise during sales engagements. The role supports customers across Security Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Response and the expanded platform that includes Armis and Veza technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Create innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow Security Operations, respond to customer questions, and contribute to sales campaigns.
• Configure solution environments, develop demo flows that combine Armis asset visibility, Veza identity governance, and ServiceNow SecOps orchestration.
• Collaborate with product, development and global solution consultants to share best practices and enhance product capabilities.
• Support marketing events, webinars and trade shows, and stay current on competitive differentiators.

Required profile

• 5+ years of pre‑sales experience with strong understanding of SOC, NOC or CSIRC environments.
• Experience in security frameworks (NIST 800‑61, ISO27035, SANS) and threat‑intelligence standards (STIX/TAXII, OpenIOC).
• Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or CRISC are strongly preferred.

Required skills

• SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, breach detection and threat intelligence.
• Knowledge of attack vectors (DDoS, malware, phishing, APT, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with Armis asset visibility platforms and Veza identity governance solutions.
