Advanced Steel Rigger - Structural Steel Erection

About the role

Hard Bakka Rigging is looking for an experienced Advanced Steel Rigger to join its growing structural steel erection team in Sydney. The role involves major structural steel projects such as warehouses, industrial facilities, commercial developments and Tier 1 construction sites.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in structural steel erection.
• At least five years of experience on structural steel warehouse projects.
• High Risk Work Licence - Advanced Rigger (RA).
• White Card and a current driver's licence.
• Effective spoken and written English.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Required skills

• Structural steel erection and installation sequencing.
• Reading and interpreting structural steel drawings.
• Dogging, lifting and complex crane operations.
• Working safely at heights using EWPs and fall protection systems.
• Installing, plumbing, aligning and temporarily bracing structural steel.
• Coordinating lifting operations in active construction environments.
