Advanced Pharmacist – Clinical Trials

About the role

Join Darling Downs Health as an Advanced Pharmacist – Clinical Trials and lead the safe management of investigational medicines. You will support innovative research, ensure compliance with best practice standards, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the management of clinical trial medicines, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Provide expert advice on medication governance, risk management and regulatory requirements to investigators and trial coordinators.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to develop sustainable systems, processes and capability for current and future research.

Required profile

• Registered pharmacist with AHPRA and a recognised tertiary qualification in Pharmacy.
• Experience delivering specialist advice in clinical trials, investigational medicines or complex medication management environments.
• Strong communication, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of medication governance and regulatory frameworks for clinical trials.
• Experience managing investigational medicines and complex medication requirements.
