About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our team in Molendinar, Queensland. The role provides essential administrative support and serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative assistance to the team.
- Manage phone communications professionally and courteously.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence handling.
- Assist with executive administrative duties, including schedule management.
- Maintain office organization and ensure a tidy front‑desk environment.
- Deliver excellent front‑desk service as the primary contact for clients and visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ensure accuracy and meet deadlines for all administrative work.
Required profile
- Strong administrative assistance and executive support abilities.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
- Commitment to providing professional and approachable customer service.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office or related administrative tools.
