Administration Assistant (Full-time, Hobart)

About the role
Everyday Independence is seeking a full‑time Administration Assistant to support its Hobart hub. Working Monday to Friday during school hours (9 am‑3 pm), you will help deliver allied‑health services to participants in the NDIS sector.
Key responsibilities
- Use Skedulo to schedule and reschedule therapy sessions in line with participants’ plans.
- Onboard new participants, explain the social‑model service delivery and set expectations.
- Conduct over‑the‑phone risk assessments and record identified risks.
- Maintain accurate Service Agreements and participant records.
- Attend weekly hub team meetings and collaborate with the wider administration team.
- Provide professional, emotionally intelligent customer service via phone, email and in‑person.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of administration experience with a strong customer‑service focus.
- Demonstrated scheduling or rostering experience.
- Ability to manage client databases and practice administration systems.
- High attention to detail, urgency in task completion and a problem‑solver attitude.
- Willingness to obtain a Working With Children’s Check and NDIS Worker Screening.
- Experience in the NDIS/disability sector is desirable but not essential.
