Activities Attendant – Guest Entertainment at Holiday Park

About the role

Join the activities team at NRMA Blue Dolphin in Yamba and help create magical holiday experiences for guests of all ages. This casual position involves leading, instructing and delivering a variety of scheduled activities throughout the year.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate specialised outdoor and indoor activities for children and families.
• Host events, make announcements over a microphone and ensure a lively, safe environment.
• Deliver scheduled programmes consistently across weekends, public holidays and school breaks.

Required profile

• Outgoing, bubbly personality with strong customer‑service skills.
• Comfortable working with people of all ages, especially large groups of children.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, peak‑period environment.
• Willingness to be energetic, make a fool of yourself and engage guests.
• Hold a valid Working with Children Check and be available on weekends and holidays.
