About the role

RSM Australia is seeking accounting and business advisory professionals to join its growing Wagga Wagga team. Whether you are a graduate, an experienced accountant, or a senior manager, the firm invites you to express interest for current or future opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, tax returns and compliance work for a diverse client portfolio.
• Provide business advisory, taxation and strategic advice to SMEs, family businesses, primary producers and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a valued advisor.
• Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and deliver value beyond compliance.
• Support, mentor and develop junior team members while reviewing work and providing technical guidance.
• Manage client portfolios, oversee team workflows and collaborate with specialists across the RSM network.

Required profile

• Public practice accounting experience.
• CA or CPA qualification (or working towards completion).
• Strong accounting and taxation knowledge.
• Experience in business advisory and client relationship management.
• Proactive, commercial and client‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
