Account Manager – Melbourne Bayside & Southeast

About the role

Join Pernod Ricard’s Victorian Field Sales Team as an Account Manager responsible for the Melbourne Bayside and Southeast territory. You will manage and grow relationships with independent retail customers, delivering sales and promotional objectives for premium spirits brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of independent retail customers across the Bayside and Southeast region.
• Execute sales, distribution and promotional plans for priority brands.
• Build strong customer partnerships through regular engagement and commercial insights.
• Identify opportunities to expand distribution, visibility and promotional effectiveness.
• Analyse territory performance and spot emerging market opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer‑management skills.
• Results‑oriented, ambitious and collaborative mindset.
• Full driver’s licence and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Required skills

• Understanding of current market and industry trends (advantageous).
• Passion for spirits and RTD products.
