Account Manager – Medical Devices (Queensland)

About the role

This Territory Account Manager position is based in Brisbane and focuses on building and maintaining relationships with clinical product managers, nurses, distributors and other healthcare stakeholders across Queensland. You will act as the primary point of contact, driving sales of customised medical devices and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with clinical staff, purchasing managers and distributors throughout Queensland.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets, monitor market share growth and gather positive customer feedback.
• Identify and win new customers while expanding business with existing accounts.
• Travel to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba (approximately 10% regional travel) to meet clients and support sales activities.

Required profile

• University degree in science, nursing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of account management or sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals; nursing background in QLD Health is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Full Australian working rights and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
