Account Manager – Logistics & Sales

About the role

Team Global Express is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join its Brokers & Partners team. This position offers an excellent entry‑level opportunity for a sales‑focused professional to manage and grow a portfolio of broker and partner accounts across Sydney and the wider Australian market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 customer accounts, delivering regular engagement and support.
• Follow structured contact plans (30, 60, 90‑day cycles) to nurture relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Convert sales leads into new business and expand service usage with existing customers.
• Maintain accurate account information in CRM systems and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer outcomes.

Required profile

• Passion for sales, relationship building, and customer service.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role such as inside sales, retail, or account management.
• Positive attitude, strong initiative and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems or sales tools (advantageous but not essential).
