About the role
BlueScope’s Lysaght business is seeking an Account Manager to join its sales team in Hume, ACT. You will nurture and grow relationships with key customers in the Canberra residential segment, driving profitable revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Implement purposeful call planning and conduct face‑to‑face client meetings to develop new and existing business.
- Maintain customer and sales activity using Salesforce and ensure accurate database management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to exceed customer needs and manage price maintenance activities.
Required profile
- Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate, influence and build credibility with customers.
- Organisational and time‑management competence.
Required skills
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system (desirable).
- Background in building products, construction or industrial sectors (desirable).
