Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will work full‑time on‑site in Canberra, building and growing relationships with residential and commercial clients who purchase Artisan Exterior’s outdoor living products. The role focuses on understanding client project needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance outdoor spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries, prepare accurate quotes and proposals, and coordinate orders.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of paving, cladding, pool tiles, furniture and décor.
• Monitor project progress, resolve customer issues, and provide product guidance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date account records and identify new business opportunities.
• Support sales initiatives to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience in account management, customer relationship management or sales within construction, design or outdoor‑living sectors.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, order‑management tools and basic office software (email, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Interest or knowledge of outdoor products, landscaping, architecture or design is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site in Canberra, collaborate in a team environment and engage professionally with clients.
