Account Manager

About the role

Team One, the premium brand agency within Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Account Manager to join its Melbourne office. You will work alongside account leaders, creatives, data experts and social managers to deliver integrated campaigns for luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact and build strong collaborative relationships with clients.
• Lead client presentations, develop rationales and sell creative concepts.
• Translate client needs into clear briefs and work with internal teams to craft advertising strategies.
• Develop creative briefs and coordinate with creative and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Manage campaigns from conception through delivery, ensuring quality standards.
• Coordinate activities across strategy, creative, paid media, CRM, social and production to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor timelines, budgets and resources, adjusting as needed to meet deliverables.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in account or project management within an integrated or digital agency.
• Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
• Strong collaborator who can work effectively with internal teams and partner agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Experience using Trello or similar project‑management tools.
• Experience using Smartsheet or comparable workflow platforms.
