Account Manager – In‑Office – Sydney

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Account Manager to own an established portfolio of clients, deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive renewals, account growth and long‑term partnerships. You will be the trusted point of contact from onboarding through project delivery, renewal discussions and identifying expansion opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a mixed portfolio (≈60% retainer, 40% project‑based) and ensure high renewal rates.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and internal delivery teams to keep projects on track.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of client activity, pipelines and performance using CRM tools.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• 3+ years experience in Account Management, Client Success or a similar commercial client‑facing role.
• Proven ability to build strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Experience managing renewals, retention or revenue growth within an existing portfolio.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Commercial mindset with confidence in identifying upsell opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site at the Dulwich Hill office, Sydney.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary of $80,000 AUD plus superannuation.
• On‑target earnings up to $110,000 AUD.
