Account Manager (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

DEPT® is seeking an Account Manager on a fixed‑term contract to join its Global Studios team in Sydney. You will work hybrid, collaborating with designers, copywriters and developers to deliver integrated, hyper‑personalised campaigns for high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, draft and review client briefs, ensuring deadlines are met across multiple campaigns.
• Liaise with clients to clarify requirements, set expectations and communicate status updates.
• Translate client feedback into clear direction for creative teams and prioritise workloads.
• Maintain agency profitability while upholding DEPT® brand values and creative integrity.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering multi‑channel marketing communications, including email and banner advertising.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle several projects simultaneously.
• Strategic thinker who can contribute fresh ideas and act quickly under tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative, team‑player attitude.
