Account Manager – Enterprise Client Portfolio

About the role

The Account Manager role is responsible for maximising revenue from major/key customer accounts, planning and overseeing enterprise‑level support and service activities, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction and strategic business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Formulating, implementing and managing strategic business plans for major/key client accounts to achieve sales revenue targets.
• Managing revenue, growth, productivity and profit for your entire portfolio.
• Leading program processes and coordinating cross‑business resources to ensure achievement of goals, schedules and quality commitments.
• Managing negotiations between the organisation, clients and third‑parties involved.
• Collaborating with sales and support groups to identify opportunities for expanded business.
• Conducting product demonstrations and coordinating preparation of sales proposals, tenders and contracts.
• Acting as the organisation's single point of contact to clients during implementation.
• Advising customers on information and business technology strategy.

Required profile

• 4+ years of account management or similar experience.
• Proven sales ability with outstanding negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Expert IT product and industry knowledge, with ability to engage clients at all levels.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
