Account Manager – Design & Acoustic Solutions

About the role

Join Woven Image, part of CSR’s Interior Systems portfolio, as an Account Manager focused on design‑led acoustic finishes. You will be the primary contact for architects and designers across Western Australia, helping them specify innovative, sustainable products on commercial and government projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with architects, designers and specifiers to drive product specification and repeat business.
• Identify and win new business opportunities to increase market share in WA.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and consultative selling to decision‑makers.
• Stay current on design trends, sustainability credentials and technical product knowledge.
• Manage a healthy pipeline, tracking specifications through to conversion and ensuring smooth handovers to delivery teams.
• Collaborate internally with marketing, logistics, customer service and project delivery to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor market insights, competitor activity and project lifecycles to maximise opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in architectural specification sales, preferably in textiles, acoustic solutions, carpet, upholstery or related fields.
• Strong network or ability to build relationships within the architecture and design community.
• Passion for design and sustainability, with the ability to speak the language of specifiers.
• Self‑starter with excellent time‑management and project‑to‑delivery capabilities.
• Commercially sharp with the ability to forecast, track and drive results.
