Account Manager (Customer Success)

About the role
CorePlan is looking for an Account Manager to join its Customer Success team. You will own the post‑implementation journey of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customers adopt the platform, realise ongoing value and become long‑term advocates. The role works closely with Product, Sales and other Customer Success colleagues to monitor account health and continuously improve the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate post‑implementation activities across the customer success lifecycle.
- Conduct regular check‑ins (monthly, quarterly, annually) to align on goals and performance.
- Proactively monitor account health, document interactions and take actions to improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Share customer insights, feedback and risks with cross‑functional teams.
- Develop and refine post‑implementation playbooks, best practices and support processes.
- Assist support channels by leading escalations or resolving queries when needed.
- Participate in new customer implementations and onboarding to deepen product knowledge.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Success, project management or consulting, preferably in SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working with complex software products.
- Strong project‑management abilities and comfort juggling multiple customers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset and curiosity about customer workflows.
- Confidence using CRM and project‑management tools.
- Mining‑industry experience is a plus.
