Account Manager – Customer Relationships & Sales

About the role

Truckline, part of Bapcor Limited, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its Cairns team. You will own key customer relationships, drive sales growth and deliver tailored solutions that help our customers succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to meet targets.
• Create and execute tailored account plans, conduct regular reviews and provide actionable insights.
• Analyse sales data, monitor market trends and produce regular reports for leadership.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, product and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in automotive, truck or parts.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Commercially minded with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
