Account Manager (CSM) – Darwin

About the role

In this role you will be responsible for delivering sustainable, profitable business for Veolia, focusing on existing accounts and targeting strategic growth with select industrial customers in Darwin.

Key responsibilities

• Provide account management and field services for corporate and regional accounts with an annual base of $0.5‑$1.0 MM.
• Develop and close new business opportunities, manage transitions and ongoing account management.
• Collaborate with the equipment business to grow the Filters and Membranes product line and promote temporary water solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and ethical guidelines and maintain customer documentation in Salesforce.
• Drive growth by creating and selling solution‑based offerings and presenting them as solutions rather than products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or a suitable trades certification.
• At least 3 years of experience selling or marketing water and wastewater treatment solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of water and wastewater treatment and ability to handle large, complex accounts independently.
• Ability to travel locally 20‑30 % of the time and operate independently while delivering business results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
