Account Growth Specialist - Collect

About the role

CreditorWatch, an Australian data and technology company, is looking for an Account Growth Specialist for its Collect product, which helps businesses manage collections workflows and get paid faster. The role focuses on expanding adoption and revenue across an existing corporate customer base, working with Account Managers and Product Specialists. It is based in Melbourne CBD, full-time and hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Collect expansion revenue across an assigned portfolio of existing corporate customers.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify, qualify and prioritise growth opportunities.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders such as Credit Managers and CFOs, holding at least 20 discovery meetings per month.
• Maintain 3x pipeline coverage against the expansion quota, with disciplined qualification and forecasting.
• Deliver product demos, work with Product Specialists on solution design and proposals, and close expansion opportunities.
• Keep pipeline, activity and forecast reporting accurate in Salesforce and feed customer insights back to Product and Growth teams.

Required profile

• 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience, owning the sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable engaging and negotiating with decision-makers at all levels.
• Proactive, commercially minded and a confident communicator.

Required skills

• CRM experience; Salesforce experience is highly regarded.
• Product demonstration and proposal skills.
