Accommodation Administrator – FIFO 14/7 Roster

About the role

Join Sodexo’s fast‑growing team in Far North Queensland and help create a comfortable, home‑like environment for remote workers. This FIFO position operates on a 14‑days‑on, 7‑days‑off roster and offers an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Process high‑volume accommodation check‑ins and manage flight bookings for staff.
• Perform data entry, maintain databases and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Provide front‑desk receptionist duties, greeting guests and handling enquiries.

Required profile

• Well‑organised, self‑motivated hospitality professional.
• Experience in accommodation reservations, preferably in remote villages, resorts or similar settings.
• Strong administration background supporting a fast‑paced team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Open C‑class driver licence (essential).

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
