About the role
MECCA is seeking a passionate Zone Manager to lead its Maxima Bondi Junction store in New South Wales. This full‑time position (38 hours per week) offers the chance to drive exceptional customer experiences and develop a high‑performing retail team.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Management Team in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Lead from the front, communicating clearly and upskilling team members.
- Engage and motivate staff to meet KPIs and uphold MECCA values.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and development for team members.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading large retail teams.
- Strong passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments.
- Confidence in giving constructive feedback and coaching staff.
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
