About the role
Join Australia’s leading prestige beauty retailer as a Zone Manager for the MECCA Martin Place POP store. You will be the guardian of the customer experience, leading from the shop floor and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional moments every day.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the store.
- Lead from the front, driving success through strong communication and upskilling the team.
- Engage and motivate the team to meet KPIs and uphold company values.
Required profile
- Prior experience successfully leading large retail teams.
- A true passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments.
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members.
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
