Workforce Scheduler – 6 Month Contract

About the role
Sodexo is seeking Workforce Schedulers to support staffing across Australian sites. The role is based in the Balcatta head office, Monday to Friday, with the option to work from home one day per week.
Key responsibilities
- Source labour from Sodexo contingency and agency pools to meet staffing demands.
- Schedule and manage the Time & Attendance payroll system for frontline employees.
Required profile
- Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments and can work independently.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Understanding of rostering principles and experience in a similar industry.
