About the role
Bloom Community Aged Care is seeking a compassionate part‑time Weekend Receptionist to join our resident‑focused team. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, staff and visitors, delivering friendly and professional service both in person and over the phone.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, families, visitors and staff at the front desk.
- Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Manage administrative tasks such as logging visits, handling mail, and maintaining reception areas.
- Support the team with basic clerical duties, including data entry and record keeping.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Required profile
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact with a diverse range of people.
- Comfortable learning and using new technology.
- Discrete, reliable and able to work independently during weekend shifts.
