Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Vision International Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations from Monday to Friday. The role provides hands‑on leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate freight handling while upholding the company’s high operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate shift activities to maintain smooth workflow.
• Work closely with leading hands, bondstore, screening, and general warehouse operators.
• Support and develop team members through training, guidance, and leadership.
• Oversee inbound and outbound freight operations, including receiving, scanning, screening, checking, and dispatch.
• Maintain warehouse organisation, hygiene, housekeeping, and operational standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks and complete shift handover reporting.
• Promote and sustain a strong WHS and safety culture.
• Facilitate communication across Warehouse, Operations, Transport, and Customer Service teams.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and SOP development.
