Village Manager – FIFO (8/6 roster) – Western Australia

About the role

Sodexo is seeking an experienced FIFO Village Manager to lead village operations on an 8/6 roster across multiple sites in Western Australia. The role combines hospitality management with strong people‑leadership and safety oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Review performance with clients and internal management, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Communicate operational goals, OHS, and environmental concerns to staff and customers.
• Develop and implement quality procedures to enhance accommodation and food‑and‑beverage services.
• Collect user‑satisfaction data, produce reports, and act on feedback.
• Lead incident investigations, audits, and follow‑up actions.
• Prepare and submit operational, financial, and banking reports to head office.
• Coordinate with maintenance managers to ensure equipment complies with specifications.
• Manage staffing levels to guarantee continuous service coverage.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections to maintain safety compliance.
• Identify and deliver on‑site training in line with policy and legislation.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment and retention efforts.
• Oversee disciplinary processes in partnership with the Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a hospitality manager in a FIFO environment.
• Excellent communication, people‑management, conflict‑resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build, support, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong safety leadership with knowledge of HSE and HR legislation.
