VIE Business Development Officer – Sydney

About the role

Join Bouygues Construction Australia as a Business Development Officer on a VIE contract. Based in Sydney, you will support the Business Development Manager in shaping strategies and pursuing new opportunities within the civil infrastructure and construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop the Business Development strategy and plan with the manager.
• Identify and target prospective business opportunities.
• Assist the team in crafting winning approaches.
• Calculate costs and coordinate with the supply chain.
• Support the preparation of technical offers.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date project pipeline for multiple clients.
• Help prepare and submit Expressions of Interest.
• Participate in client briefings and meetings.
• Promote sustainable and digital solutions within proposals.

Required profile

• Double degree from an engineering school and a business school.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level.
• Availability from July 2026.
